For 25 years we've worked in development and construction: acquiring sites, managing builds, chasing claims, settling lots. We know where the money goes missing because we've watched it happen on our own jobs.

For most of that time, the software was the problem. Packages that made us work their way, and reports that told us what had happened weeks too late. When AI made it possible to build systems around how a business actually runs, we started with our own.

Building them taught us something most software firms never learn: a system is only as good as the day it breaks on a busy morning. Now we build to that standard for developers and builders who are running real businesses on spreadsheets and goodwill.
